Wan
Ja Shan's natural brewing method captures the essence
of ancient Oriental tradition using scientific, modern-day technology.
After special heat-treating, crushing, mixing and culturing, our wheat
and soybeans are combined in a salt water brine solution. Then they are
stored in 25,000 gallon storage tanks for a six-month aging period
before being pressed, pasteurized, tested, refined and bottled.
Other
manufacturers, who speed and simplify the process using
chemical additives compromise the flavor of their Soy Sauce. Wan Ja
Shan's masterful, natural brewing methods result in an incomparably
superb and flavorful Soy Sauce our customers can rely upon. And we
produce 2.5 million gallons of pure, natural brewed Soy Sauce for them
annually.
